I was especially impressed with their “Performance Based Assessment” process and the facilitation methods they used to launch the search. By employing a formal methodology and tool set, Epsen Fuller was able to: (1) create immediate consensus within our management team as to a candidate’s key attributes; (2) provide structure and clarity around the search process and schedule; and, perhaps most importantly, (3) provide tangible, useful deliverables (such as interview questions tuned to our key attribute rankings) very early in the engagement.
