AESC Taps New Managing Director, Finance & Administration
Epsen Fuller Group Delivers Successful Executive Search
New York, NY (July 28, 2016) – The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the professional association representing retained executive search consulting firms worldwide, has tapped new financial leadership with the appointment of Frank Petruzzo, as Managing Director of Finance & Administration. As the strategic advisor to AESC, Epsen Fuller Group conducted the executive search, which sought a world-class leader with a track record of finance and administrative excellence with deep expertise in trade associations.
Formerly, Mr. Petruzzo was Vice President of Finance and Operations spanning a 23-year career at CASRO, a global industry organization representing the business intelligence sector. In addition to leading all financial functions and being a major part of driving CASRO’s growth over the years, Mr. Petruzzo directed the organization’s key revenue producing activities. He brings extensive leadership experience and entrepreneurial drive, as well as strong financial analysis, planning, and operational skills.
Mr. Petruzzo notes, “I’m honored to join such a prestigious organization and amazing team of people. I’m excited to hit the ground running here.” Mr. Petruzzo is a CPA and earned a BBA from Pace University in New York.

Based in New York City, the role will report directly to AESC President & CEO, Karen Greenbaum.
