Ralph Lauren Appoints New CEO and Other Executive Moves
Headlining our current CEO and other executive and boardroom moves is the announcement of a new president and CEO stepping in at Ralph Lauren. Patrice Louvet, a well-known consumer products leader most recently serving with Procter & Gamble’s Global Beauty unit, will assume the role July 17 and is also set to join the company’s board.
Whole Foods Market has appointed Keith Manbeck to be its new chief financial officer and executive vice president. He is joining the supermarket chain as part of the company’s plan to enhance its value to shareholders. Activision Blizzard also has a new CFO, adding Walt Disney Co.’s Spencer Neumann, according to Bloomberg.
In the life sciences and pharma sector, Eagle Pharmaceuticals has chosen Pete A. Myers to be its new CFO. Myers boasts 20 years of industry experience. Dale Weil, a 35-year business development veteran, has been elected to the board of Theratechnologies. Cellular immunotherapy developer Bellicum Pharmaceuticals has named Alan Smith its new executive vice president of technical operations.
In the world of technology, Docker has added ex-Concur CEO Steve Singh as its new CEO. Shari VanLoo has stepped in as the new CFO of CareCloud. VanLoo oversaw Legato Systems’ initial public offering. Compliance and security solutions provider Yaana Technologies has named Jeffrey Zellmer its new CFO.
