Forbes Selects Epsen Fuller Group in Top 100 Executive Search Firms
Recognized for Excellence in the Global Executive Search Sector
New York, NY (May 10, 2017) – Epsen Fuller Group was recently recognized by Forbes on their recent list of America’s best executive search firms.
Forbes worked with analytics firm Statista to compile two lists of America’s best recruiting firms. The first set ranks 250 executive search firms, defined as those firms that place executives in positions with at least $100,000 in annual pay. The second ranks those recruiting agencies placing individuals earning less than $100,000 annually.
Statista identified approximately 4,000 executive search firms matching the first criteria and then surveyed HR executives and industry experts asking them to recommend up to 10 recruiting firms, gathering a total of 20,000 recommendations. The companies with the most recommendations ranked highest. Epsen Fuller Group ranked in the Top 100 in America placing number 96 among the list of 250 on the list.
In receiving this recognition, Thomas Fuller, Founder and Managing Partner, commented, “With well over 4,000 recruiting firms in America alone, this is a great recognition of the efforts of our entire team and I could not be prouder to have been selected among the Top 100 search firms in America. Our team has been instrumental in leading the charge in delivering innovative search methodologies to our clients’ most critical leadership challenges.”
Epsen Fuller was also recognized in 2015 by Hunt-Scanlon, an industry news and research organization, as among the “New York City Power 60” search firms. Mr. Fuller continued, “Business leaders value being advised by experts who can be trusted based on their deep expertise, as well as their access and ability to engage top executive talent both locally and globally. To be recognized as one of the industry’s most innovative and influential players is a true honor. It is immensely gratifying to see the hard work we do for our clients is paying off.”
In other industry news, the Association of Executive Search & Leadership Consultants (AESC) recently released their Global Executive Talent Outlook 2017, summarizing key executive talent trends across business sectors, C-suite functions and geographic markets. The results of this survey administered to AESC member firms worldwide, Epsen Fuller Group among them, indicate the leaders of those firms cast an extraordinarily optimistic business outlook. For example, 64% of leaders at AESC member firms have a more optimistic outlook than in 2016 for their businesses, with leadership demands in the technology and life science sectors leading the way.
Rick Cannellos, Senior Partner and Financial Office Practice Leader at Epsen Fuller Group, noted, “Our team strives every day for excellence in executive search. Our unique Performance Based AssessmentSM approach, bringing metrics and data to the process, enables our clients to attract and hire the very best and maximize their business potential.”
